EXW (factory delivery). EXW stands for Ex Works, which means factory delivery. Under this clause, delivery is completed when the seller hands over the goods to the buyer for disposal at their location or other designated location (such as factory, warehouse). The seller is not responsible for handling export customs clearance procedures or loading the goods onto any means of transportation.

FCA (Free Carrier). FCA stands for Free Carrier, also known as Free Carrier. Under this clause, the seller only needs to deliver the goods to the carrier designated by the buyer at the designated location and complete the export customs clearance procedures to complete the delivery.

FAS (Free Alongside Ship). FAS stands for Free Alongside Ship, which means delivery by the ship. Under this clause, the seller delivers the goods to the side of the ship at the designated loading port, which is the completion of delivery.

FOB (Free on Board). FOB stands for Free On Board, which means delivery on board the ship. Under this clause, the seller delivers the goods to the ship designated by the buyer at the agreed loading port, which is considered completion of delivery.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight). CIF stands for Cost, Insurance and Freight, which means cost, insurance and freight. Under this clause, the seller completes delivery when the goods cross the ship's rail at the loading port.

CFR (Cost and Freight). CFR stands for Cost and Freight, which means cost plus shipping. Under this clause, the seller shall deliver the goods to the ship destined for the designated destination port at the loading port within the specified shipping period specified in the contract, which means the delivery is completed.
